🚨Welcoming CBC to the Ministry of District Administration and Home Affairs🚨

On June 12, 2025, the Hon. Minister Nickolas DaCosta visited the headquarters of the Cayman Islands Customs & Border Control (CBC) to meet with the Senior Management Team. The visit provided valuable insight into CBC’s strategic priorities and a behind-the-scenes look at their daily operations.

🤝We are proud to officially welcome CBC to the newly established Ministry of District Administration and Hom...e Affairs (MDAHA).

Ensuring public safety across the Cayman Islands.
During the presentation, Director Bruce Smith highlighted the dedication of his team, crediting their success to “participatory leadership,” which has fostered strong collaboration and commitment at all levels of the organization.

As June 1st marked the beginning of the 2025 hurricane season, CBC urges all residents to take early steps toward preparedness.

While the season runs from 1 June to 30 November, storms can develop with little warning. CBC plays a key role in national response efforts — from the safe clearance of essential goods and relief supplies, to supporting border security and movement during emergencies.

• Ensure your passports and travel documents are current in case evacuation or emer...gency travel becomes necessary.
• If you're expecting parcels, imports, or urgent cargo, monitor shipping timelines and plan ahead. Disruptions can occur during active weather.
• Importing generators, emergency supplies, or medications? Start now to avoid last-minute delays.

We also encourage the public to follow official sources for real-time updates and guidance:
